IBIB: A Protocol for Measuring Enterprise AI Systems by Serving Route, Not Model Identifier
Enterprises deploy systems, not checkpoints. Usable capability depends jointly on weights, serving route, precision, output contract, and harness, yet all 18 audited benchmarks score advertised model identifiers.
